Office hours are: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

All courses and Have a Go sessions can be booked directly through the website. If you have a voucher from us (in format e.g. xyz-1234) it should redeem directly through the website when you check out your session. If you have a voucher from elsewhere (usually Into the Blue or Extreme Elements) please send us a message stating what the voucher is for, how many people and the unique voucher number. We can then email details of what sessions may be available to redeem your voucher.

We're more than happy to answer questions - you can contact the club by emailing using the email address above. We reply to most emails / group enquiries within a few hours Monday to Friday. Please note that the office is not open evenings or weekends.

Details of location for your course or event will be on your confirmation email.
