Just seen this.. it's a bit tricky as we can't do both - open it up and assign it to someone specific. If the spot is being claimed through the forum Robert needs to go along and specify that he's agreed with Richard L to take / pay for his space. It's very much a 'relying on honesty' system.. but hey, we're a nice club. Once we've got our instructor report that says "£10 paid in cash for Richard L" we can refund to Richard L. I'll try and get this to happen automatically when we see the report but it won't hurt to email in and ask for it to be refunded (after the session) as well.

Richard L - this all ok with you or do you prefer me to open it up online?
