The way that we think will work best for everyone is if Fiona comes along and says to instructor "I am being Bill B and paying cash". If Bill then emails office we should have a record from Roger that the payment was made twice (first time online by Bill and second time in cash by Fiona). As long as your taker has paid cash Bill can then be refunded.
