The way that we think will work best for everyone is if Rhosyn comes along and says to instructor "I am being Sean P and paying cash". If Sean then emails office we should have a record from Roger that the payment was made twice (first time online by Sean and second time in cash by Rhosyn). As long as your taker has paid cash Sean can then be refunded.
