Hi Mike, good question. Our ts and cs for rescheduling or refunding a shooting session are that we require 7 days notice. We will always do our best to be reasonable so please do reach out to the office if something changes.
It is usually way more trouble than it is worth trying to transfer sessions though so its really whether or not we can make an exception and give a refund that is within the 7 day notice period. The reason we have this is that we are bound by this notice period for all of our hall bookings. If there is a train strike and everyone cancels we are still left paying for the whole of the hall hire.
