Club Level Course 6 week Mon/Thurs eve classes – £125

Who is it for: Complete beginners – no experience necessary. Age 16 and over (will consider sightly younger if accompanied by an adult for the weekend courses).

What is it for: Minimum required in order to be able to shoot with most archery clubs. Can apply for Archery GB affiliation following course.

Content: Structured course offering cumulative learning to end up girlsshooting the full senior indoor distance safely and accurately. This is the best course to start shooting competitive / sport archery as quickly as possible. Sessions are generally social and relaxed. Covers safety, etiquette, technique both sighted and barebow, basic equipment knowledge, scoring and competitive archery.

During the course you will have the opportunity to shoot at 20 yards (the full indoor distance) and to score your first round. We are also happy for you to try shooting one of our kits (Hoyt Eclipse or WinStar II) if you’re considering buying a bow for yourself.

At the end of the course we hope that you will register as a club member and begin to use the range independently.

Includes: 4 or 6 x weekly 2 hr sessions, equipment hire, insurance, instruction, two free practice sessions during or following the course.

When is it available: Courses run throughout the year. We generally run a Monday course and a Thursday course (lessons start at 7pm). We also offer club level courses at the weekend in a slightly more condensed format as 4 week courses recent beginnerson either Sat or Sun.
