Cancellation Policy

You need to give us at least 7 days notice to change numbers, dates or times of a confirmed booking. Less than 7 days notice and we’ll do our best to help out if we can but we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to move you to a different spot of your choice.

For group bookings we require you to agree a minimum number of participants which forms the basis of our agreement for payment at the time of or following the event.

Bookings of less than £125 must be paid in full to confirm, bookings of over £125 may pay a £100 deposit to hold the date. The deposit is non-refundable within 14 days of your event. All payments are non-refundable in the event of non-attendance.
